Looking for a used BMW but don't know where to go? Here are some tips to help you locate your dream used BMW.
1.Firstly, do remember that the BMW is a luxury car. That's why you must be particular when shopping for a pre-owned BMW. Do some research about the model you want to buy, although the basics remain the same across all BMW models.

BMW Z4 Independent Car Review
Since we have been getting our all new website up and running, I have had to spend time reading, re-writing and then re-formatting every car review I have ever written. This would take a normal, computer literate person about 10 minutes. But for me this is about as fun as having you bum massaged with a cheese grater...
The problem isn't that I struggle with the technical aspect of the computer world as I have always been able to pick things up pretty quickly. It's the fact that when I have to do something boring and that I can't be arsed to do I find every possible thing to distract me from doing what I have been tasked with.
One thing that has become very apparent in reading my reviews, it seems that I have a fascination with homosexuals and hairdressers This is understandable given that I have had to review cars like the Mazda MX-5, Audi TT and the BMW 1 series Convertible. So imagine my joy when my boss asked if it would be possible to review the BMW Z4......a car that was originally made for hairdressers The boss thinks that I shouldn't stereotype cars as much as I do, so he has limited me to 3 hairdresser comments and 1 homosexual comment in this review Since I have used all but 1 of those up in this paragraph alone, I might get stuck and end up reverting to having the cheese grater bum massage instead.
Since I have only 1 'H word' comment left I think I may as well use it up now rather than wasting hours thinking where best to use it. So here it goes.......The New BMW Z4 could not be further from being a hairdressers car BMW have made a truly striking car.
This car is more angular and aggressive than the car it replaces (Z4 E85). The previous Z4 was a bit of a sad looking car with its long, slopping, parrot looking front end but thankfully BMW have addressed this with the new Z4 and even though the bonnet is still long and slopping the car looks much more in-proportion with itself than the previous car. This also has a lot to do with the fact that they have given this a folding hardtop and not an insurance hating cloth roof.
The New Z4 is just as impressive on the inside too with a typical BMW layout and attention to detail. The driving position is still slightly offset to the right but it's nowhere near as bad as previous BMW models and therefore doesn't give you the ache's that you would normally get after a long journey in a BMW. The equipment levels on the standard car I'm sure are good but the car that BMW sent me was the Z4 sDrive35i Msport with nearly every conceivable option known to man so I wouldn't have a clue. When you order a Z4, make sure that you order it with Professional Navigation. It's a very good and simple system to use (once use to it). I was racing in a charity kart race in the docklands and staying in some obscure apartment about 15 minutes away. If I hadn't had that nav system, then I would still be in London today In my opinion it is the clearest sat nav on the market and the birds eye view is simply superb.
Being a sports car, the ride is firm, this is down to the fact that this is the Msport so therefore comes with massive wheels and low profile tyres. I wouldn't say that it was unbearable and you couldn't live with the ride but if you want a soft, premium convertible then this isn't the car for you. If however you are looking for a out and out sports car then my advice would again be bad news for the Z4 as I'd suggest you should lease a Boxster as this is no Porsche beater. The reason for this is the roof. In adding all the mechanics and extra metal that goes in to making the folding hard roof they have added weight (165kgs & 302hp) which means that the Porsche (with 306hp) will easily leave far behind on any country road in the land
The Z4 is the happy medium between these 2 cars. It's quick and agile enough to set your pulse racing, but it is also wonderful motorway cruiser that just eats up the miles. If after you have started your lease you still have a feeling of "should I have gone for the Porsche?" Just pull up next to a Boxster, look at them both from there side profiles and I can assure you that will easily be enough to set your mind at ease that you are in the right car.

Hackensack BMW drivers will call it a comeback
A lot of things can happen in ten years. Many Super Bowls have been played and won (or lost, as the case may be) and plenty of other important things have happened too. But really, this article is all about the Super Bowl and the fun extras we get as an audience within the commercials. Hackensack, NJ used cars are indebted to the Super Bowl, where plenty of brands get huge exposure as a result of the enormous crowds the championship game draw in. But what exactly do ten years of Super Bowls represent?
In this case, we're talking about the lull BMW has had in terms of the Super Bowl, where it used to be a prime advertiser. As a luxury manufacturer, BMW has a well-known brand. What brands with BMW's money do is try to form brand champions in younger drivers, where they can't necessarily sell cars currently. The point is that those younger drivers will eventually become older drivers with money, and then this audience will begin considering the possibility of a luxury car. Not everyone, mind you I'm still stuck on budget cars myself, but such is the life of a journalist. Hackensack BMW enthusiasts are aplenty, so you know that some people will get the message.
Finally, in 2011, BMW will make its triumphant return to the Super Bowl advertising list with ad spots for the BMW 6 Series coupe and convertible. This will be a big step for BMW, who have been out of the Super Bowl ad game for so long. But they still have a strong marketing team that knows the ins and outs of successful advertising, so I expect this to be a strong move for the brand.
Hackensack, NJ used cars should see a big sales increase on the strength of a Super Bowl ad campaign, which would be a huge boost coming out of one of the worst recessions in years. BMW has made a resolution of its own in 2011, and that's to increase budgeting for brand awareness. This is a very good start, even though most normal companies would exhaust their entire marketing budget for the year in one fell swoop with a Super Bowl ad. BMW, however, isn't most companies, and they have enough money to put them on par with most of their target audience (and then some). Hackensack BMW enthusiasts are excited to reconnect with their brand in a hugely public venue for the first time in ten years.
While we don't know the theme of the ad campaign yet, you can expect it to focus on the BMW legacy, a tradition of excellence and a drive towards innovation. Many auto brands (including several luxury brands) are trying to connect with a younger audience with this year's Super Bowl advertising slot, and I don't think that necessarily limits BMW, but you know that the company makes Hackensack, NJ used cars, some of the hottest items around. Hackensack BMW drivers are in for a treat.

BMW X1, the Little S.U.V. That's Good to Finance
Sitting somewhere between the 3 Series Touring and the BMW X3, there is the BMW X1. A small(ish) sports utility vehicle with surprising efficiency. Starting at 24,265 for the base model 1.8 dSE sDrive, it isn't the cheapest in it's class to buy, but car finance is a great option to take away some of the pain and get you behind the wheel of a somewhat underrated car.
The X1 is actually based on the same platform as the AWD 3 Series Touring, with both 2 wheel drive (sDrive) and 4 wheel drive (xDrive). The strange thing is, it's only offered with diesel engines (unless you live in America). However, as with all BMW diesels, they are not short of power. The base 1.8d has 1.8 141bhp and 140 lb-ft torque, up to the twin turbo 2.3 offering 201bhp and 300 lbft torque.
The quality of the X1 falls down slightly compared to the rest of the BMW range, but this car is built to plug a gap. If you want full quality, go for the X3 or X5 and pay the extra Although the quality might be a little short for BMW standards, it is by no means poor. The attention to detail in the cabin is way ahead of it's competition. The X1 is built in both Leipzig, Germany and Chennai, India. We have yet to see if there is a marked difference in quality between the two plants.
As it stands, the BMW X1 should have the reliability of other BMW's. It's this unwavering standard that helps keep BMW car leasing prices relatively low. Because they are sought after second hand cars, deprecation is low, creating more favourable finance prices, especially on a lease plan.
All engines pull well, with even the 1.8 hitting 60mph in under 10 seconds. The 2.3 is actually pretty quick, but the 2.0 should suit most people needs. The chassis shared with the 3 Series Touring means handling is very good, the X1 not getting out of shape despite the higher ground clearance and body.
CO2 emissions are low too, as you expect from BMW nowadays, from just 136 g/km to 158 g/km, this helps it slot in at a reasonable band E for tax purposes.
For now there is only one trim level, the SE. Unlike some other BMWs where things have been known to be a little scrooge like with standard kit, the X1 gets plenty of kit for your money. Dual-zone climate control, 17-inch alloy wheels, rear parking sensors and a leather-trimmed multifunction steering wheel come as standard. Options include a reversing camera, panoramic glass sunroof and adaptive headlights.
Prices are from just over 24,000 to 31,245, though you may be able to haggle a little. But before you buy from your local BMW, consider using a finance option. If you don't get sucked in by the BMW salesman, look around for other suppliers. By going to independent brokers, you can save a good chunk of cash. BMW, the world's famous luxury car maker is planning to launch its crossover compact sports utility vehicle (SUV) BMW X1 in India in 2010 December 23rd. This model is similar to the platform of BMW 3 Series All Wheel Drive (AWD) touring. BMW X1 models will be available in both petrol and diesel variants and it will come with an attractive price tag.
BMW X1 History
BMW X1 production was started in 2009. It has the platform of BMW 3 Series especially BMW E90 and the model is assembled in Leipzig, Germany. The petrol version of BMW X1 is equipped with 1.8L engine and BMW X1 diesel version is equipped with 2.0 L diesel engine. BMW is planning to production of BMW X1 in company's Chennai plant in India.
BMW X1 Specification / Key features / Performance
BMW XI is a All Wheel Drive, that comes with six-cylinder petrol engine, four cylinder petrol engine, four cylinder diesel engine and it has six speed manual transmission. The BMW Xperience 2011. Simply spectacular
When BMW called for a pitch for the launch of the X3, it raised a couple of eyebrows in the industry. Simply because the German automotive giant had stuck it out with one agency faithfully almost since it set foot in India. And could well have done over a hundred events with this agency. But nonetheless, it evoked more than casual interest in the industry leaders as it was after all a world leader who had a reputation for doing world-class events.
And so Showtime pushed the envelope yet again this time for BMW. With an idea that would take the automotive giant literally 60 feet below the surface of the earth. By asking them to create the BMW Xperience 2011 in a crater spread over 32 acres that had been excavated a couple of years ago to build the largest mall in India but was currently lying unused. BMW loved the thought in terms of its phenomenal relevance to the product and together Showtime and the BMW India team pushed the envelope to make it happen. The rest, as they say, is history.
A first of its kind event for BMW in India, the BMW Xperience involved two broad aspects. One was to simulate a ten-obstacle track for the test drive that showcased each of the xDrive features. The track was created over a ten acre area. The other was the launch event which took place in a hangar that was specially created within the excavated site. BMW's new model X3 was revealed amidst a spectacular act by Australian drum and dance troupe, Raw BANG The backdrop to the launch was a special film that went along with the music and percussions of the act. As a follow-up to the launch event, patrons were provided with the opportunity to test drive the BMW X series over a period of seven days.
Showtime's client, DLF who owned the venue contributed in no small way to getting the event on the road from actually buying into the idea and allowing use of the venue to assisting with information on reliable contractors for road-building, earthmoving and even water drainage things that an event company rarely does otherwise and is, therefore certainly not its core competence. The vagaries of nature stepped in to add their own challenges with the heaviest rain in the last 59 years in the region that transformed the venue into a virtual lake and necessitated postponement of the initial planned date.
But eventually it all came together perfectly thanks to a herculean effort by the Showtime team led by two of their redoubtable stalwarts, Navin Sarin and Reeva Lal with some great support from the client who may have gone through some justifiable pangs of doubt at times but ultimately was more than overjoyed at the final delivery. Simply because conditions tested every one to the maximum be it the terrain itself that often sank by the sheer weight put on top of it and therefore had to be reinforced to the mounds of flying dust that one had to contend with and were a housekeeping nightmare to the sheer task of lighting up a voluminous 32 acres economically and productively.
